Blessed with an angelic voice, Maria Forde blends her Irish musical heritage with her Australian sensibilities, enrapturing Australian and international audiences.

Dinner includes an antipasto plate, followed by Wombat Forest Organic spuds with butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese AND Spicy Istra chorizo, cherry tomato, spanish onion + fresh basil OR Sauteed zucchini + mushroom with spring onion + parsley OR Tuna, baby spinach + wasabi mayonnaise. Finish with a luscious pear + frangipani tart with double cream.

Scotch Oven Community Roast: 5 pm Sunday 23 May


Bring your family, friends and a great cut of fresh meat to RedBeard. We’ll cook it to perfection in our C19th woodfired Scotch oven. 


Adults $20, kids under 13 yrs $10, under 6 yrs free. Includes organic roast vegies, salads, sourdough bread, live music and full table service. Drinks not included, no BYO.
