Sourdough Baking Workshops



Sourdough Baking Workshops are available at RedBeard (in Trentham, Victoria) on the following Sundays: 18 April, 2 May, 16 May, 30 May, or 20 June 2010. A great gift idea for any foodie - or for yourself!

The hands-on workshop (9 am to 3 pm) will teach you our authentic, traditional techniques. You'll take home: the fresh loaves you've baked, the sourdough starter culture you've created, plus a bag of biodynamic flour. Also included: lunch, snacks and unlimited coffee / tea. Cost: $200

Bookings essential: telephone the Trentham Neighbourhood Centre on 03 5424 1354. Total cost must be paid at time of booking - by cheque or bank transfer. Book early to avoid disappointment - these workshops usually sell out.
