New Wednesday workshops!

Sourdough baking workshops now on WEDNESDAYS too: 10am-2pm 30 Jun, 21 Jul, 25 Aug, 8 Sep, 27 Oct, 24 Nov, or 8 Dec. $140 per person. To book: call Trentham Neighbourhood Centre 03 5424 1354. Includes lunch, bottomless coffee/tea + snacks. Take home the loaves you bake in our historic oven, our sourdough recipe + baking tips. Sunday workshops are 2 hours longer + include making a leaven + mixing dough + bag of flour.
