More sourdough baking workshops now available 9am-3pm on these Sundays: 

11 July, 25 July, 15 Aug, 29 Aug, 12 Sept, 10 Oct, 24 Oct, 7 Nov, 21 Nov or 5 Dec.
Cost: $200 per person – paid in advance.

Workshops are led by John or Al Reid who have 21 years' sourdough baking experience between them. You will mix, shape and bake bread in our historic woodfired oven. Includes lunch, bottomless coffee/tea and snacks. You take home the loaves you bake, leaven, a bag of the finest biodynamic flour, our special sourdough bread recipe and baking tips.
