Repairs to Scotch oven

Red Beard will close from Mon 22 Dec 2008 to Fri 2 Janusary 2009 so we can make urgent repairs to the flu of our 120 year old Scotch oven. This will enable us to capture more steam from the baking sourdough loaves, giving them an even thicker and crunchier crust. We'll also take the opportunity to make some cool changes to the cafe, so comem in and check it out in the New Year. Have a safe and Happy Christmas. Al and John Reid.
